Exclude Steam friends from mass messaging
Send automated messages to your friends only once to avoid looking like a robot.

When the same friends repeatedly receive the same message, they realize it's a bot spamming everyone, and your offer isn't unique.
To avoid appearing robotic to your customers and to increase trust, you can exclude a friend from receiving mass emails if they've already received automated notifications from you:
1. Open Actions → Sending Messages
2. Check the "Don't send to already spammed" box.
Now the program won't send a message to a friend if they've already received notifications from you via mass email.
This setting makes your messages appear more real to your customers because you're only sending a unique message once.
